Our hydrostatic testing department is capable of handlings' threaded valves through 30" 600# flanged valves.

We can test butt weld valves through 20" 600#. For smaller sizes, test pressures of 20,000 psi are available. Chart recording and witness testing are daily procedures performed by our trained technicians.

 

Other non-destructive testing is available. Those include radiography (RT), Dye Penetrant (PT), and Magnetic Particle Testing.
